Resolution 8155 RESOLUTION NO. 8155 WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amendir Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", so as to provide that on the "Miami Beach Casino" property, together with the land lying between said "Miami Beach Casino" and the Atlantic Ocean as shown on the Plat of Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement Co. , recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 47 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, there shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than Seventy-five (75 ' ) feet when measured from the bulkhead line as described and established by Ordinance No. 832 and there shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than twenty (20' ) feet when measured from Collins Avenue; and to provide that on Tract 1 of the Bath Club Property according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, page 14 of said Public Records; there shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than One Hundred Eleven (1111 ) feet when measured from the bulkhead line as described and established by Ordinance No. 766 and there shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than Twenty-five (25 ' ) feet when measured from the street line and there shall be a side yard having a width of not less than Five (5 ' ) feet on either side of buildings; and on Lot 19, Block 1 of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28 at page 28 of said Public Records, there shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than Forty (40' ) feet when measured from the ocean, and there shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than Twenty-five (25 ' ) feet when measured from the street line, and there shall be a side yard having a width of not less than Five (5' ) feet on either side of buildings. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby called to be held on the 26th day of November, 1952, at 11:00 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chambers in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15 ) days notice of the time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing a notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation, in said City. PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, A.
