SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-522 The laying underground of an eight (8 ) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the centerline of the easement in Block
Twenty-eight (28 ) , Lakeview Subdivision from a point
at or near the westerly line of Lot Two (2 ) to a point
at or near the easterly line of said Lot Two (2) , to-
gether with a Six (6) inch terra cotta serer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of each nifty (50) feet
of abutting property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Easement, Lot, Block and Subdivision are shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (14) , at Page
Forty-two (42 ) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys; the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifictions and
estimates , the printing; and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services ,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the esti-
mated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting pro-
perty.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-522 and is des-
cribed as follows :
Lots Two (2) and Twenty-four (24) , Block Twenty-eight
-(28) , Lakeview Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (14 ) , at Page
Forty-two (42 ) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-522, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-522.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF November, A.D. 1952.
