WHEREAS, the City Council is considering anending
Ordinance No . 289, comnonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Niami Beach, Florida", so as to permit employment
agencies on the second or higher floors of buildings in the
'FBA" Business District, as said district is set forth and defined
in said ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 26th day of November, 1952, at
11:00 o 'clock A.i . , in the Council Chambers in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FT RTT-HER FESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing a notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation,
in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, .&. D. 1952.
