WHEREAS, (1Tertrude Gleason, Geo. S. Zeko and Woody Brooks
were the successful binders for the Golf Driving Ranine Con-
cession in accordance with the ter's of the specifications
dated September 11, 1952, and
WHEREAS, the said Woody Brooks has assigned his interest
• in said bid to the said Gertruae Gleason and Geo. S. `Leko, and
WHEREAS, an agreement covering said concession has been
prepared and submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of
said agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the
City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THERETORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and airected to execute said
agreement for and in the name of said City.
