Resolution 8170 RESOLUTION NO. 8170
'IHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the Miami 3each Realtors Exhibits , Inc. ,
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Municipal Auditorium for the purpose of the Miami Beach Realtors
Exhibits, Inc . , Jome Show from Friday; January 30, 1953 to
Monday, February 9, 1953,
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
JHEPLEAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this �9thday of Tdovember, A.D. 1952.
