RESOLUTION NO. 817 +
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending Ordinance
No . 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, " so as to divide the City into two parking districts,
within one of which districts parking spaces shall be required to
be provided in connection with every building hereafter erected,
conptructed, reconstructed or structurally altered, and within
the other of which districts there shall be no such requirement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 17th day of December, A. D. 1952, at
2:00 P.M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is here-
by directed to give at least Fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing, by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No . 289 of said City.
