RESOLUTION NO. 8176
WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WW-116 WW-116
WHEREAS, on the 19 day of November , the City
Council passed arid adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Whiteway Improvement WW-116,
District WW-116,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, includingan estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 3rd day of December,
1952, at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19thday of November, A. D.
