RESOLUTION NO. $177
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been advised that the Circulo Cubano Club De Miami desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium
for the purpose of the Circulo Cubano Club De Miami Dance on
Wednesday, December 31st, 1952.
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to :Corm by the City Attorney,
and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
1404, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk.
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above
described lease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, and.
that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by
the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26thday of November, A.D. 1952.
