SUBJECT: Flamingo Pool Facility Restroom nd Locker Room Restoration
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and Commission regarding the
renovation of the restrooms and locker rooms at the Flamingo Park Pool. The scope of
work includes the replacement of toilets, urinals, toilet accessories, sinks, faucets,
showers, new partitions, new epoxy flooring, re-painting of walls and ceilings,
replacement of doors, upgrading to LED lighting, as well as electrical and plumbing
upgrades.
Work will commence on Monday, August 20 1h, and the anticipated completion date is the
end of September. Both restrooms will be inaccessible to the public while they are under
construction; however, pool patrons may use the restrooms across the promenade at the
exterior of the tennis center. A porter will be stationed at the tennis center (exterior
restrooms) from 6:30a.m. to 8:30p.m. during the duration of the construction.
