RESOLUTION NO. 8200
WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
WW-117 & WW-118 WW-117 & WW-118
WHEREAS, on the l7thday of December , 1952 , the City
Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the im-
provement designated as Whiteway Improvement WW-117 , District
WW-117, Whiteway Improvement WW-118, District WW-118,
and directed the CityEngineer to
g� prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the
cost thereof, including estimates of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimatEs
of cost and estimates of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
Published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 7th day of January,
1953 , at 10:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution8 ordering said improvements.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, A. D.
1952.
