Resolution 8217 RESOLUTION Nu. 8217
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached there-
to and made a part thereof, so as to include in ".D" single
family district and in an appropriate area district, as said
districts are set forth and defined in saidordinance, those
certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
All of Blocks Forty-six (46) and Forty-
Six-A (46-A) of IJORkANDY GOLF COURSE
SUB-DIVISION, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Boob 44 at
Page 62 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
;:0.1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of iiiami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called to be held on the 4th day of February, 1953,
at 12:00 o'clock noon, in the Council Chcmbers in the ity Hall
of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTritt RESOLV.L:D, that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days' notice of
the time, place and object of said nearing, by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity T:rith Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1953.
