Resolution 8248 RESOLUTION NO . 8248
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending Ordi-
nance No . 289, commonly known as the ''zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in the "BB" Busi-
ness District and in appropriate area districts, as said dis-
• tricts are set forth and defined in said ordinance, those
certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida, des-
cribed as follows, to-wit :
Lots Two (2) through Six (6) of
Block Three (3) of the OCEAN FRONT
PROPERTY of the Miami Beach Improve-
ment Company, according to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, at
pages 7 and 8, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida:
AND ALSO
Lots Nine (9) to Sixteen (16) , inclu-
sive, of Block One Hundred Five (10:))
of OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO . 3, accord-
ing to the plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 2, at page 81, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and is hereby called to be held on the 25th day of February,
1953, at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of
said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing
notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conform-
ity with Section 21 of Ordinance No . 289 of said City .
