Resolution 8260 RESOLJIION NO. 8260
InrREAS, FRANK D. DILLARD has been awarded the contract
nor feeding the City prisoners during the period beginning February
12, 1953 and ending February 11, 1154 and,
LiEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared a contract between
the said FRANK D. DILLARD and CITY OF LIALI BEACH in accordance with
said bid and the specifications which accompany the call for bid,
the members of the City Council being familiar with the contents of
said agreement.
IO.I, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereb:r authorized and directed toExecute said agree-
ment in the name of and on behalf of said City.
BE IT FURTI1I11R RESOLVED that the disbursing officers of
the City be and they are hereby authorized a,-d irected to make all
payments called for by said agreement out of funds of said City
available :or such purpose.
