Resolution 8292 RESOLUTION NO. 8292
;JHEREAS the City Council of the City of r'.iami Beach
has been advised that the Order of Eastern Star Chapter of
Florida desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Municipal Auditorium for the purpose of a Convention from
Sunday, April 26, 1953 to Thursday, April 30, 1953, and,
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of andis
familiar with the terms andprovisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NO;!, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby author-
ized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
