Resolution 8293-A RESOLUTION NO. 8293A
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to be to the best interest of said City to
enter into a new contract with Seymour M. Blumenthal, Ph. D. ,
for the year commencing January 1, 1953 and ending on December
31, 1953 , such contract to contain the identical terms as those
set forth in the agreement between the said Seymour M. Blumenthal
and said City, covering the period of time commencing January 1,
1952 and ending December 31, 1952, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared said new agree-
ment and the City Council is familiar with the terms thereof,
i\OW, THEREFORE, BE IT R} SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City and
the disbursing officers of the City be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make the disbursements required by
the terms of such agreement from funds of the City available
for such purposes.
