RESOLUTION NO . 8296
m'EAS, on March 12th, 1953, Architect M. Tony Sherman
of 311 71st Street, Miami Beach, Florida, executed a contract be-
tween the City of Miami Beach and said Architect by the terms of
which the said City will employ the said Architect in connection
with the erection of an addition to the City Hall of Miami Beach,
and
WHEREAS, said contract has been presented to the City Council
for consideration and the City Council having considered said
contract and being familiar with the terms thereof deems it advisable
to enter into said contract between the said Architect and the City
of Miami Beach,
N0v1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized to execute said contract in the name
of and on behalf of said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of March, A. D. 1953 .
