Resolution 8308 RESOLUTION NO. 8308
WHEREAS, the City Council of theCity of Miami Beach,
�,'lorida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and
the inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for the purpose of off-
street parking of automobiles for the use of said City and its
inhabitants, the following described land situate, lying and
being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
The South Twenty-five (25) Feet of
Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Five (5) and
Six (5) , and the North Twenty-five
(25) feet of Lot Seventy-nine (79)
of Block Ten (10) of Ocean Side Section
of ISLE OF NORMANDY, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25,
at page 60, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to the above-described property be ac-
quired for use and maintenance for the purpose of off-street
parking of automobiles for the benefit of said City and its in-
habitants, and
BE IT FURTH_IH RESOLVED AND DECLARED that the City Attorney
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to institute the
necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City in the exer-
cise of the right of eminent domain for the condemnation of said
property for said purposes .
