Resolution 8321 RESOLUTION NO . 8321
AREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City
and the inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for public park
purposes, for the use of said City and its inhabitants,
the following described land situate, lying and being in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) ,
Four (4) , Five (5) and Six (6) of
Block Three (3) of TATUI4i WAT.JHWAY
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 46,
at page 2, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is neces-
sary that the fee simple title to the above-described property
be acquired for use and maintenance for public park purposes
for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND DECLARED that the City Attorney
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to institute the
necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City in the
exercise of the right of eminent domain for the condemnation
of said property for said purposes .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April A. D.
1953 .
