Resolution 8323 RESOLUTION NO. 8323
4HEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the Dade County Medical Association
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Auditorium for the purpose of a dance on May 2, 1953 , and
JHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
IHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement,
NCO, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the 1.iayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and pro-
visions undertaken therein by the City.
