Resolution 8324 RESOLUTION NO . 8324
WHEREAS, on March 13th, 1953, Architects Donald G. Smith
and Irvin Korach executed a contract between the City of Miami
Beach and said Architects by the terms of which the said City
will employ the said Architects in connection with remodelling
the building known as "Bell Property Building", and
WHEREAS, said contract has been presented to the City
Council for consideration and the City Council having considered
said contract and being familiar with the terms thereof deems
it advisable to enter into said contract between the said Archi-
tects and the City of Miami Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hreby authorized to execute said contract
in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, A . D. 1953 .
