RESOLUTION No . 8325
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Dade County,
Florida, is desirous of entering into an agreement with the City
of Miami Beach for the use of Flamingo Park, Polo Park, North
Shore Park and other similar facilities, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to enter into such agree-
ment, and
WHEREAS, an agreement pertaining to such use has been prepared
arid submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of said
agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the City of
Miami Beach to enter into said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and in the name of said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of April, A. D . 1953 .
