Resolution 8330 RESOLUTION NO. 8330 WHEREAS, the community interest can best be served by an informed public having access to all official proceedings of the City Council which they may desire to know of without censorship, and WHEREAS, the meetings cf the City Council where official actions are taken are required and desired to be fully open to the public; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all newspapers, radio or television stations, members of the City Council, or other persons interested in the proceed- ings of the City Council be and they are permitted to make telephone or other recordings of the public meetings of the City Council without interference from any person.
