Resolution 8341 RESOLUTION NO. 83141
JHER ;AS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
has been advised that the Opera Guild of Greater Miami desires
to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium
for the purpose of Grand Opera on January 19, 1954 and March 1,
1954, and
;JHMEAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
xud,itorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
IdEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar vrith the terms and Provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NO'J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVFi) by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
