Resolution 8345 RESOLUTION NO. 8345
4HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof, to acquire, for the purpose of off-street
parking of automobiles for the use of said City and its inhabi-
tants, the following described land situate, lying and bein? in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots Four (4+) Five (5) Six (6) and Seven
(7) of Block Thirty (303 of FISHER'S FIRST
SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOd, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to the above-described land be acquired
for use and maintenance for the purpose of off-street parking of
automobiles for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he
hl is hereby authorized and directed to institute the necessary legal
proceedings in the name of said. City in the exercise of the right
of eminent domain for the condemnation of said land for said pur-
pose.
