Resolution 8349 RESOLUTION NO . 8349
WHEREAS, on April 20th, 1953, Architect August Geiger
executed a contract between the City of Miami Beach and said
architect by the terms of which the said City will employ the
said architect in connection with the erection of a new Club
House at the Bay Shore Golf Course, and
WHEREAS, said contract has been presented to the City Council
for consideration and the City Council having considered the
same and being familiar with the terms thereof deems it advisable
to enter into said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute said contract in the
name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, A. D. 1953 .
