IMPROVEMENT H-370 DISTRICT H-370
WHEREAS, the City Council, byresolution
WHEREAS, passed and
adopted on the z8th day of April , 1953 , ordered
the Highway Improvement H-370 , District H-370
and the City -11ngineer has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has bee made that theity Council would on the
oth day of may , 195-5 , at the City Hall in said
City at 10:00 o'clock A. N.., receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council orde g said Highway Improvement
H-370 , District H-i v , be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and the City Council does hereby declare its
intention to levy a speci .13,a„sessment against the lands
comprising said District to cover part of the cost
and expenses of said improvement, and for the purpose of
advancing such costs and expenses, $ 10,000.00 is hereby
appropriated from Current Fund, said Fund to be reimbursed
to the extent of the proceeds of said special assessment, and
the City Council hereby declares itsto do to roceed with
t
such improvement with City forces without conract.
