Resolution 8365 RESOLUTION NO. 8365
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No . 289 commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in the "BB" Business
District, as said district is set forth and defined in said
Ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, ( and 8 in Block 12,
of ISLAND VIEW SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6, at page 115, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
AND ALSO
Lot 1 of Block 12A of ISLAND VIEW
ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 9, at page 144,
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 10th day of June, 1953, at 10:00 o 'clock
A.M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing notice thereof
in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No . 289 of said City.
