The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to update the Mayor and City Commission
on the RFP for consulting services for the Five Year Consolidated Plan for federal
funds. The proposals (two) were received February 19, 2003.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the evaluation
committee:
Lilliam Janata, current member of Community Development Advisory Committee
(CDAC)
Betty Gutierrez, former CDAC Chair and current Chair of the Housing Authority
James Gleason, Chair, Loan Review Committee
Joanna Revelo, Division Director, Housing and Community Development
Al Childress, Director, Code Compliance Division
