RESOLUTION NO. 8415
tHEHEAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordinance
No . 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
To amend said ordinance as well as the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to eliminate from the ordinance, or to
amend,Section 5 thereof, which creates the "REE" Multiple-Level
automobile parking garages therein;
AND ALSO
So as to include in "BAAA" Business District and in Area
District No . 19, as said districts are set forth and described in
the ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
Lot 27 of Block 1 of Ocean Side Section of
the ISLE OF NORMANDY, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, page 60,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;

AND ALSO
So as to include in Area District No . 14, as said District
is set forth and described in the ordinance, those certain parcels
of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, of Block 46A of Normandy
Golf C u

S bdivision, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, page 62, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o,' the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 1st day of July , A. D. 1953, at
10:00 o'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in
the Florida Sun, a .Newspaper of general circulation in said City of
Miami Beach in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No . 289 of
said City.
