Resolution 8421 RESOLUTION NO . 8421
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No . 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof , so as to include in the
"BA" Business District, as said district is set forth and
defined in said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate
in Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
Lot 4 in Block 75 of PINE RIDGE
SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6, at page 34, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 22nd day of July, 1953, at 10:00
o ' clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of
the time , place and object of said hearing, by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No . 289 of said City.
