Resolution 8425 RESOLUTION NO. 8425
WHEREAS, by authority heretofore granted, the City of
Miami Beach has procured the dedication of parcels of land
abutting upon Byron Avenue near the northerly limits of said
City for the purpose of widening said Byron Avenue , and
WHEREAS, the dedication for such purpose has been duly
executed by the Most Reverend Joseph P . Hurley, as Bishop of
St . Augustine, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best
interest of the City to accept said dedication,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to accept said
dedication for and on behalf of said City .
