Resolution 8431 RESOLUTION NO . 8431
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending
Ordinance No . 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" so
that , on the lots lying on the north side of Lincoln
Road between Meridian Avenue and Jefferson Avenue no
rear yard will be required .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held
on the 5th day of August, A . D. 1953, at 10 :00 o ' clock
A.M. , in the Council Chambers in the City Hall , Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days '
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing,
by publishing notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a
newspaper of general circJlation in said City of Miami
Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance
No . 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of July, A.D. 1953 .
