WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WW-112 WW-112
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
met on July 15, 1953, pursuant to the notice under Sections 29 and 30
of the Charter of the said City to hear all written objections to
the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll of Whiteway
Improvement WW-112, District WW-112, by any person whose property is
described in said preliminary assessment roll, which roll was filed
with said City Council on July 1, 1953, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, having received no written objections
filed to the confirmation of the said preliminary assessment roll by
any person whose property is described in said roll, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has consulted the City Engineer and
listened to his recommendations, and has given consideration to the
benefits to the lots described on the preliminary assessment roll, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the improve-
ment is of no special benefit to said lots and that the entire cost
thereof should be borne by the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the entire amount of the assessment is hereby
charged to the City at large, so that the assessment shall be as
follows, it being hereby decided that there are no special benefits
to said lots :
