Resolution 8438 RESOLUTION NO. 8438
JHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been advised that Mr. Major E. Selby desires to lease the pre-
mises and facilities of the hiami Beach Municipal Auditorium
for a dog show on January 16, 1954, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City At-
torney, and
W1REAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agree-
ment and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby autho-
rized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
