Resolution 8439 RESOLUTION NO. 8439
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been advised that The International Thoroughbred and Allied
Trades Exposition desires to lease the premises and facilities
of the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium for a Trade Show from
February 3 to 13, 1954, and
JHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City At-
torney, and
JHEttEAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFOtiE, BE IT RESOLVFJ) by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby autho-
rizedd directed '
an t o carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
