A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FORM AND SUBSTANCE OF THE BILL OF
SALE, HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND ACCEPTING SAID BILL OF SALE,
WHEREBY FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY HAS CONVEYED TO THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ALL OF ITS RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN
AND TO THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY (370) WHITE WAY STREET LIGHTING
STANDARDS AND ACCESSORIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
1. That the form and substance of the Bill of Sale, hereinafter
set forth, whereby Florida Power & Light Company has conveyed all of its right,
title and interest in and to Three Hundred Seventy (370) White Way Street
Lighting Standards and accessories to the City of Miami Beach, is hereby
approved, and said Bill of Sale is hereby accepted by the City of Miami Beach,
said Bill of Sale being in the words and figures following:
