Resolution 8445 RESOLUTION NO. 8445
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the inhabitants
thereof, to acquire, for public street purposes, for the use of
said City and its inhabitants , that certain parcel of land situate
lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows, to-wit :
Lot Five (5) of ' lock Ten (10) of BISCAYNE BEACH
SUBDIVISION according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 44, page 67,of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that the
fee simple title to the above described land be acquired for use
and maintenance for public street purposes for the benefit of said
City and its inhabitants, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to institute the necessary legal
proceedings in the name of said City in the exercise of the right
of eminent doman for the condemnation of said property for said
purposes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22 day of July, A. D. 1953.
