Resolution 8449 RESOLUTION NO. 8449
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida deemed it to be advisable for the said City to
enter into a contract with Kathryn Grayson for the use by
said Kathryn Grayson of the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium on Friday, October 16,
1953 , and
.WHEREAS, a contract has been prepared by the Auditorium
Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said contract and
deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the above described contract on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the
terrrs and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
