Resolution 8450 RESOLUTION NO. 8450
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Jeach
has been advised that the American Financial and Develop-
ment Corporation for Israel desires to lease the premises
and facilities of the Miami beach Municipal Auditorium for
a bond rally on October 18, 1953, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City At-
torney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agree-
ment and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Iayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of
the City of Miami Beach, and that the auditorium Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the
terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
