RESOLUTION NO. 8460
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the First church of Christ Scientist of
' Miami Beach desires to lease the premises and facilities of
the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of a lecture on
November 20, 1953, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attor-
ney, and
dHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agree-
ment and deems it to be to the best interest or the City to
authorize the execution of saidlease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is here-
by authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms
and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
