Resolution 8472 RESOLUTION NO . 8472
:)HEPEAS, it has been found and determined by the City Council
of the Cit,T of Miami Beach, Florida, that the general welfare of
said City requires and necessitates the employment of a duly train-
ed and qualified Inspector of Kosher Foods, and
WHEREAS, it has been found and determined by said City Council
that FRANK B. BRICKMAN possesses the necessary qualifications , and
dHEREAS, there has been prepared a contract of employment be-
tween the City of Miami Beach and the said FRANK B. B RICIQ'•iAiv , the
City Council being familiar with the terms, conditions and pro-
visions of said agreement, and said City Council deeming it to be
to the best interest of the City that said agreement be entered
into,
row, T?-HEREFORE, BE IT P .SOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
in the name of and on behalf of said City of Miami deach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August, A. D. 1953.
