RESOLUTION NO. 8474
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on July 21, 1953,
for the purpose of nominating three candidates to be placed
on the ballot at an election held on July 28, 1953, for the
non-voting
purpose cf selecting a/member from Group 2 of city employees
to serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS, there has also been submitted the Certificate
of the Inspectors who conducted said Election held on July
28, 1953;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby adopt
the said Certificate as the result of said Election held
on July 28, 1953, and does hereby declare Kenneth Howe to
be elected tc the Personnel Board to represent city employees
in Group 2.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, A.D. 1953.
