RESOLUTION NO . 8477
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, is in need
of additional office space for its officers and employees, and
WHEREAS space is available on the third floor of the
Harvey Building, located at the southwest corner of 14th Street
and Washington Avenue , at a price satisfactory to the City, and
WHEREAS, a lease dated July 31st, 1953, has been prepared
by the terms of which offices in said building Room No . 312
will be leased to the City on a month to month basis at a rental
. of $44 .00 per month, the City Council being familiar with the
terms of said lease ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver said lease in the name of and on behalf of said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this12th day of August , A. D. 1953 .
