Resolution 8478 RESOLUTION NO. 8478
WHEREAS, ,he City Council is considering amending Section
5 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" so as to include "dining
rooms, coffee shops and restaurants" among the service facili-
ties permitted in hotels consisting of one hundred (100) or
more guest rooms located in the "RE" Multiple-Family District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 2nd day of September,
1953, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
