Resolution 8490 ESOLUTION NO. 8490
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that Grisman Theatricals Corp. desires to
lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium
for the purpose of a concert by -Mayne King on October 26, 1953,
and
:1HEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City At-
torney, and
.1HEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement,
NO.1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is here-
by authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein bj the City.
