Resolution 8491 RESOLUTION NO. 8491
dHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami 3e',ch
has been advised that the National Automobile Dealers Association
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Auditorium for the purpos of a convention from January 7 to 13,
1954, and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City At-
torney, and
WH&U AS, the City Council has been adtised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVD by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is here-
by authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms arr.
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
