Resolution 8498 RESOLUTION NO . 8498
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
considering amending and changing Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" so as to include Dance Studios among the service
facilities which are permitted in one hundred room hotels
in the "RE" Multiple Family District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of October,
A. D. 1953, at 10:00 o 'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
I of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time , place and object of said hearing, by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No . 289 of said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, y D. 1953 .
