Resolution 8500 RESOLUTION No .8500
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Ueach,
Florida has by motion duly made and carried heretofore de-
termined to cancel out the agreements now existing between
the said City and Al S. Cohn covering the food, beverage,
and beach equipment concession on the beach at 17th and 18th
Streets, and has determined to enter into a new agreement for
' two years beginning July 23 , 1953, and
JHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
along the lines of said determination with the terms of
which the City Council is familiar.
110-.1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directedto exe-
cute said extension agreement in the name of and on behalf of
said City.
