RESOLUTION NO. 8503
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by motion duly made and carried, has heretofore
determined to extend for an additional three year period
from June 1, 1954 the existing agreement between the City
- and Eli 4uain covering the Beach Equipment Concession in
Lummus Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering such extension with the terms of which the City
Council is familiar.
NOJ, i'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Vice-Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute said extension agreement in the name of
and on behalf of said City.
