Resolution 8507 RESOLUTION NO. 8507
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been advised that the Greater laami Jewish Folk Chorus desires
to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Audi-
torium for the purposes of a concert on February 28, 1954, and
JHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to Form by the City attorney,
and
.IHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is fa-
miliar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Vice-Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby autho-
rized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
